If your shoulders can comfortably fit across the cushions, you’re good to go. Keep in mind that it’s less about age and more about the capacity for responsible use. Many of our users are in their teens or younger. We recommend adult supervision for anyone under the age of 18. For those who are young at heart but more experienced of age, we encourage you to check in with two people before starting any sort of new workout: your primary care physician and your self.
