German engineering and a big passion for yoga and movement have given birth to the FeetUp® Trainer. It was designed in the Alps of south Bavaria, in 2008, after a trip in India.
Today we manufacture the FeetUp® Trainer completely in Romania, Eastern Europe - but following the same German high standards. This way we can ensure the highest quality of materials and workmanship, good working conditions, and above all - make sure the environment is respected.
Sustainability is one of our core principles
In the manufacturing of the FeetUp® Trainer, sustainability always has the highest priority. That means we treat our suppliers fairly, we invest in the community, and above all - we created an ethical vegan product that contains no animal products and relies on a renewable resource, like wood.
Recycled and Renewable Materials
For manufacturing the frame of the FeetUp® Trainer we have chosen wood out of passion for nature. It is definitely not the easiest nor the cheapest solution, but wood has been humanity's best building friend for thousands of years. As is a natural product and a regrowable resource, wood inspires, it is alive and it is definitely closer to the spirit of yoga.
For every FeetUp® Trainer you buy, we make a donation to our partner Trees for the Future to plant trees. This way we contribute to the natural cycle of life together.
Trees for the Future
The environmental organisation "Trees for the Future" is advocating the reforestation of virgin forests in Africa, Asia and Latin America, to protect the people from the aftermaths of erosion and barren grounds. In India, where our trees are planted, "Trees for the Future" is primarily concerned with regions that are afflicted by droughts or floods. Read more on trees.org.
EVERY FEETUP® TRAINER SOLD PLANTS A NEW TREE!
Well... actually several trees. We are on a serious mission to do everything we can to give us cleaner air and protect humans and wildlife that depends on trees for food and shelter.
Spread the word, buy your own FeetUp® Trainer, and we will continue to plant even more trees!
