If you are not happy with your FeetUp^® Trainer for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving it to initiate a return for a full refund minus a $15 restocking fee. Please note that FeetUp is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, along with all of contents included (manual, poster and other inserts) in order to quality for a full refund.
