This course is for instructors wanting to learn how to use the FeetUp Trainer to deepen their understanding of the experience, teaching, and integration of safe inversions into movement practices for all levels. Additionally, participants will gain insight on how to use the FeetUp Trainer as an effective tool for a well-rounded practice, get a deep dive into the anatomy of inverting safely with ease, and guided support on how to share the experience others through communication and trust.
At the completion of the training, all attendees will receive a certificate recognizing their participation and 20 Yoga Alliance CEU hours of study. Students have the option of choosing to complete an additional 10 CEU homework hours (including pre- and post-requisites) to be recognized as a certified FeetUp® Instructor.

KILIAN TRENKLE comes with over 10 years of experience on, in and around his creation - the FeetUp® Trainer™. He is going to introduce himself at the beginning of this first Teacher Training in North America and accompany parts of it. His mission: to serve students in their path and to share his passion for the FeetUp® Trainer™ - the most unique and surely one of the most famous yoga tools worldwide!The Location
Temple Dara is a playful space that will enable us to better discover the world of FeetUp® Yoga. Located in Oakland, it is the perfect location in the Bay Area to host our first TT - right next to San Francisco, but also protected from the turbulence of the big city.
